HVAC 2 Home Performance Residential commissioning process compares the design and specifications to the installed system. It also includes documentation of discrepancies and recommended repairs critical to the performance of the system. We hold the National Comfort Institute's (NCI) Residential HVAC System Performance Certification. The NCI process is integrated into our commissioning process. While we verify the test and balance as part of our commissioning process, we also can include performing the system test and balance as part of a custom pricing package.
